Raiffeisen Tribes – Visual identity for Raiffeisen Bank's Data Department

For Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo’s Data Department, Koperativa developed one of its most visually distinct and creatively conceptualized design systems to date. We created a unique internal branding concept based on the idea of “tribes”, a system that organizes department clusters into identifiable groups, each with its own visual identity.

The use of the term tribe was intentional: it gives a sense of unity, belonging, and individuality among teams. This design initiative not only transformed the department’s office environment with striking, characterful visuals but also introduced a functional internal structure that supports better synergy, collaboration, and team spirit.
