Koperativa designed a vibrant, retro-inspired brand identity for Europe Day 2022 in Kosovo, celebrating digital transformation
For Europe Day 2022, Koperativa created a vibrant, retro-futuristic brand identity that celebrated the EU’s focus on green energy, digital transformation, and innovation. Inspired by the bold aesthetics of the late ‘80s and early ‘90s, our concept fused playful nostalgia with digital sophistication, resulting in a visual language that was both youthful and future-focused.
At the heart of the identity was a celebration of Europe’s digital evolution and cultural unity. Using a diverse color palette that echoed retro tech design — neon gradients, electric blues, vibrant magentas — the look and feel connected the past with the promise of tomorrow. We combined:
Multi-dimensional shapes and dynamic layouts to create movement
Custom clipart icons and event-specific themes for each activation
Fluid gradients that symbolized progress, inclusion, and energy flow
Each element of the design reflected the digital chic of an interconnected society, while maintaining strong references to sustainability, diversity, and innovation.
